I ordered my chain the beginning of August and they did inform me it would take a few weeks, when it arrived it had a different lock and weighed more than advertised, I was offered to pay the difference but unfortunately for me it wasn’t an option. They instead sent a smaller chain and bracelet to make up the difference in weight, I ended up with 1.1 grams more of 10k gold but the chain just isn’t what I wanted and overall just disappointed in the end
